Queer Simchat Torah @ Nat’l Equality March

Through celebration, food, and dancing, Simchat Torah marks both the end and beginning of the annual Torah reading cycle. This year, Simchat Torah coincides with the planned National Equality March in Washington D.C.

To celebrate, Nehirim is cosponsoring a Simchat Torah celebration with GLOE, the Kurlander Program for Gay & Lesbian Outreach and Engagement (GLOE) at the Washington DC JCC.
